I bought this epattern from youcanmakeityourself.

It turned out really cute and has a little pleat in the front and 2 rings for holding the handle, which can be as it is on both on the same ring for a loop. This view shows the credit card slots.

I absolutely love this fabric and have made several items with it. I will show them all.

Fall is my very favorite season, and I really get into it. I can just gaze outside and adore the weather and the scenery.

New purse and small accessories

Someone posted a wallet pattern and I thought I would try to make one and see what it looked like. I think the next time I try this I will attach a small change purse to the outside zip a tiny zipper. I like for all my things to be in the same place. I made this out of Michael Miller fabric the bandana line. I love Michael Miller fabric.






Earlier last week, I made a small bag which I would use for change or something like that, and I put one of my favorite zippers in it. I did quilt this Michael Miller paisley aqua fabric and love the way it turned out too.
The zipper I like is a ykk vison which is really almost impossible to find. I think this could be used as a cell phone holder too. I love this size bag too.



























I made a purse today for a lady who ordered it from my ebay store, and I am very pleased with the way it turned out, It is made with quilted L'esprit Provence fabric inside and out with inside pockets and a magnetic closure. I love it, and I hope she will too.
This bag is 12" wide by 8 1/2" tall with about 4" depth. The handles are 19 1/2" long.

Gesika's Wallet

I have a college student working with me in my sewing activities for credit towards her degree. She needs to spend 20 hours with me and so far we have spent about 7. It is refreshing to have someone who is young and brave and without preconceived ideas of how something "should" look. She has a leather sleek looking credit card holder with a strap that buttons to hold the cards in place. In the middle there is a slip in space for bills. Hers has credit cards on both sides. It is really small but compapct. I went straight up over it and she decided to make me one. We decided upon the fabric and I sewed up a rectangle shaped piece for the outside and we decided to fold it, and after we did, it was slightly different than hers. Since she was making it for me, I decided I wanted a coin section and a loop strap for mine.

She obliged and used velcro to make sure the coins wouldn't fall out and the bill part just stayed the same slip in. On the bottom was another slip in compartment and we left it that way for hankies or pad and pen.
